Founder and former CEO

Born in Podgorica in 1944 and died in March 2023. Graduated in 1970 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade – Hydrotechnical course, Master’s degree in 1988, also at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade. He received his doctorate in 1998 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Niš . He was a member of the Engineering Chamber of Montenegro.

He did a large number of studies, reports, and projects, and below are just some of them:

• Cadastre of polluters of the Morača and Zeta rivers;

• Groundwater protection study of the Zeta plain part II;

• Determining the protection of the sanitary zones of the springs: Zagorič and Ćemovsko polje;

• The main project of water supply and rain sewage in the settlement of Dinoša – Podgorica;

• The main project of water supply, fecal sewage and rain sewage in Blaža Raičkovića Street – Podgorica;

• The main project of water supply, fecal sewage and rain sewage in the street Blaža Šćepanovića – Mojkovac;

• The main project of water supply, fecal sewage and rain sewage in the street S 12-12 according to the DUP “Budva – Center” in Budva;

• Spoljne i unutrašnje instalacije vodovoda i kanalizacije (fekalne i atmosferske) za hotel „Premier „ u Podgorici;

• Drainage system for the hotel “4 jul” in Petrovac;

• External installations of water supply and fecal sewage for the settlement “Stari Grad” in Ulcinj.

Project manager

Born in Podgorica in 1978. Graduated at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the same city- Applied mechanics and constructions course. For more than 8 years, he covered the position of technical supervisor in the municipality company “Water Supply and Sewerage” – Podgorica, and from 2018 to 2021, he worked as a senior engineer on the project of reconstruction “Eko” petrol stations in the company “Jugopetrol AD”. From July 2022 to May 2023, he worked as a responsible engineer and installation supervisor at the company “KONE”, which is one of the global leaders in the elevators industry. From May 2023, He is appointed by the City Hall of the Capital City Podgorica as the President of the Board of Directors of the company “Water Supply and Sewerage” ltd. Podgorica. He Worked on dozens of large infrastructure projects with a total value of several hundred million euros. He is a member of the Engineering Chamber of Montenegro.

Among lots finished projects, the following stand out :

• Reconstruction of petrol stations “EKO” owned by Jugopetrol AD, in the period from 2018 to 2021;

• Reconstruction of the pump station for water at the passenger terminal of Podgorica Airport;

• Plan for emergency situations at the Seveso facilities – the Podgorica Water Supply pump stations;

• Participated in the “Urgent rehabilitation of the Podgorica Water supply system” project with Japanese partners from the companies “Torishima” and “Tokyo Engineering Consultants”, during which he was witness at factory acceptance tests(FAT) of pumps at the “Torishima” factory in Japan, July 2011;

• The project of building a new pumping station “Mareza 1” with partners “CMC” from Herceg Novi, during which he is a witness at factory acceptance tests(FAT) of pumps at the factory “KSB Itur” in Spain, May 2016;

• Taking measurements in elevator shafts and site delivery and preparation for installation of 27 elevators and escalators at the “Boka Place” project in Tivat;

He has the following licenses and certificates:

• Authorized engineer’s license for the preparation of technical documentation and construction of facilities;
• Certificate of completion of the course for writing EU IPA funds projects;
• Completed operational training for installation of flow meter and chlorine analyzer Yokogawa, Singapore;
• Messer certificate for working with technical gases.

He speaks English, and uses Italian and German.
